Footbath

A footbath is great for preparing your body for a sauna session. The warm water helps you relax and boosts the effects of the sauna, because you start sweating sooner, excreting waste substances effectively. 

A footbath is multifunctional, as it can also be used with cold water after you’ve been in the sauna. Instead of a freezing shower to cool down, you can also have a lukewarm shower and use a cold footbath to continue cooling off. This will make the jump from hot to cold a little less abrupt, but will still help your body to cool down effectively after you’ve been in the hot sauna. 

This footbath is made of durable larch wood.
